In Exeter when you arrive pull into the drive, if there is space or use our residents' parking.

My massage practice cabin is spacious, private and very relaxing.

Parking on the road is residents only from 10 am-4 pm.

You can either park on our drive, in the 2-hour spaces at the bottom of West Garth Road (only a minute’s walk away) or ask me for a visitor permit to display in your windscreen, allowing all-day parking on the road.

If you are early please wait in your car as I may be with a previous client.

I will come out to meet you. 

If it is your first session we will have a 15-30 min free consultation, in order for us to understand what the best massage plan is for you, and rule out any medical condition that may affect the massage. This will not be impact your massage time.

After this I will leave the cabin for you to get ready, please take off as many clothes and jewellery as you feel comfortable, and make yourself comfortable on the table.

When I return, we can start your lovely massage.

I will check in on pressure from time to time, but please feel free to tell me what your preferences are whenever you like, the more feedback you give me the better I can adjust the massage to suit you.

Feel free the talk as much or as little as you like during the treatment and I will respect this.

Remember this is your massage and time for you!

At the end I will leave again for you to get dressed. Please take your time and get up slowly, to make sure you are not dizzy. 

When I return you may like to chat about relevant stretches or relaxation techniques that may be of benefit.

Please note at present payments are cash, cheque or bank transfer.
